Virgin Platform International ltd also refers to as; Virgin Platform International reserves the right to revise this information at any time. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern all the use of the website and all contents including User Content, services and products available through the website and its mobile Apps. The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, procedures that may be published from time to time. Limitation of benefits

Participants fully agree that;

Virgin Platform International is into Telecommunication Business combined with e-commerce platform and therefore, Customers are attended to online and compensated for sales of available products in stock and for referring other customers to Virgin Platform International ltd. All Commissions amount is credited into the E-wallet account of the customer concerned
2. Virgin platform international ltd reserves the sole right to terminate customer’s further benefits payment if certain stated conditions are breached or if it decides by its discretion to change business model
3. a. To qualify for a commission benefit, a customer must successfully register on either our website or Mobile App, and such customer must carry out a purchase or refer a new customer and again, such new customer must carry out a commissioned transaction, eg, airtime purchase, Data and Bill payments as stated on the website and other products that falls under commissioned business activities. b. Once a customer buys a product, eg, mobile phone or any other device on credit , his/her commission in any of his wallets is block to serve as a security deposit for the time he is owing, during which he will not be able to withdraw the amount concerned until he pays off
4. Virgin Platform international ltd is NOT a financial institution and NOT an investment house but only has a financial Institution as its Partner bank to help render financial services to its customers. It is also not in itself, a Telecommunication Network service provider and does not present itself as one. It is a Company licensed by NCC to carry out Telecommunication business services, in which it has created an online Telecom platform as its marketing strategy, where its customers voluntarily leverage on it to generate income while patronizing the telecom and the other products displayed on the e-commerce platform.
5. SERVICES RENDERED BY VIRGIN PLATFORM INTERNATIONAL LTD ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR STOPAGE, DEPENDING ON THE CHANGE IN TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER’S PRODUCT, SERVICE OR PARTNERSHIP POLICY, AND ALSO ON GOVERNMENT POLICY/REGULATIONS, AND CHANGE IN BUSINESS PLAN AS CIRCUMSTANCES ARISE.

User Agreement

It also does not act as an agent, intermediary, or representative for users in promoting or selling their products or services.
All agreements for buying, selling, or providing services are made directly between users of the Platform. Virgin Platform International Ltd will not be responsible for any loss, damage, inaccuracy and poor quality incurred as a result of users transaction. Any dispute arising between the users, Virgin Platform International Ltd is under no obligation to be involved.
Its function is limited to offering a space where users can post listings and connect with one another.
You agree that as a user, upon request you shall provide documents confirming the legitimacy of your listing and identity documents about you.

Safeguarding Your Virgin platform International Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with your account. You must immediately notify Virgin platform international ltd of any unauthorized user of your account. Virgin platform International ltd will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you.

INDEMNITY

You accept full responsibility for any problems or claims that arise because of your actions on the Platform. This means that if any third party brings a complaint, lawsuit, or demand against Virgin Platform International Ltd or any of its related parties (including its affiliates, partners, staff, or representatives), you will cover all resulting costs, damages, and legal expenses.

Virgin Platform International ltd has the right to remove User Content at our discretion and may terminate accounts of Users who violate the Terms. You agree that you will not under any circumstances transmit any User Content (including software, text, images, or other information) that: contains or installs any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses, or other content that is designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party
b. Impersonates any person or entity, including any of our representatives
c. Engaged in unlawful or promotes unlawful activities
d. Infringes on any proprietary right of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other rights;
e. transmit pornographic, discriminatory, or otherwise victimizes or intimidates an individual or group on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
f. Violates the privacy of any third party.
g. Virgin Platform International reserves the right to deny access to this site and delete User Content at any time without notice if Terms and Conditions are considered breached.
h. Virgin Platform International retains the right to co-operate with any law enforcement authorities, or in response to court and other official requests directing that Virgin Platform International disclose the identity of anyone posting User Content.

FORCE MAJURE

Virgin platform International ltd shall not be responsible for delays or failures in its performance when circumstances made its obligations impracticable beyond its reasonable control such as strikes, wars, floods, riots, government decrees/policy/regulations, and orders etc.
